Talk & Sip is a brand founded by Noshella Thomas, an IT expert, entrepreneur, and community-driven leader. Talk & Sip was a gift given by God as she sought to find her own essence in Him, a journey she continues today. The platform serves as a space for engagement, inspiration, and meaningful conversations that uplift others.
Noshella Thomas is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Thomas Cable Construction, a Cable Construction Company she owns She owns the Automotive Wash Bucket, a hand-detailing car wash business, further showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit.
In addition to her business ventures, Noshella serves as an Alderwoman in St. Ann, Missouri, where she is dedicated to advocating for her community. She believes that God is using her as a vessel to deliver His message, and she attributes all her accomplishments to His grace, mercy, and favor. With many degrees and extensive expertise, she is passionate about inspiring women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
Noshella has held leadership roles at Mastercard and Cerner, specializing in Agile methodologies, risk mitigation, and infrastructure management. She is a dynamic force in both business and community service, continuously using her experiences to mentor and uplift others.
Beyond her professional achievements, Noshella views her journey as writing her résumé to God, dedicating her accomplishments to His guidance and purpose.
